This blog will follow in the great tradition of progressive liberal blogs that I have been very fortunate to read and comment upon this past year. Of course, this is being made possible by my dear friend A. Alexander, who edits progressivedailybeacon.com. He has taken on the task of pulling me, kicking and screaming, into the 21st Century. BTW, I encourage you to log into pdb for some very excellent, intuitive essays. Also, his cartoons are very funny and deserving of wider publication.
One event took place this day that should be celebrated in the United States: King John signed the Magna Carta, on June 15, 1215. If Bush understood history, he would know the importance of this "Great Charter". However, he wants to be like the kings that lived before this time. He does not have the mental capacity to do so. He is just a sockpuppet!
